Return Policy

To process a return, products purchased at www.baekgaardltd.com must be returned with approval from a Baekgaard customer service representative within 30 days of receipt of your goods. Please contact the Baekgaard Customer Service Department at (800) 323-5413 during regular business hours (8 am-5pm EST Monday through Friday).

Restrictions for Returns:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL for all sale items
  • All items must be returned with original hangtags attached and in the original packaging including any gift boxing, poly bags, and packing or a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.
  • All products must be unused and undamaged to insure full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy. Baekgaard cannot issue credit for items damaged in a return shipment due to inadequate packaging.
  • Items purchased from a local Baekgaard retailer cannot be returned or exchanged using the online retail site.

Instructions for Shipping Returns:

  1. Returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice. Baekgaard is not responsible for items we do not receive. No COD deliveries will be accepted by Baekgaard.
  2. All items must be returned with original hangtags and in their original packaging (including any gift boxing, poly bags, and packing) or a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.
  3. Please include the original packing slip indicating the items to be returned as well as the telephone number where you can be reached.
  4. Return items to:

  5. Upon Baekgaard’s receipt of your return, you will be contacted for the credit card used for the original purchase. When we have this information, we will issue the credit as the cost of the product and (if applicable) sales tax within 10 business days.

Note: Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable

Damages

If an item has been damaged in shipping, please contact the Baekgaard Customer Service Department at (800) 323-5413 during regular business hours (8:00am-5:00pm EST Monday through Friday) to receive a replacement. All damaged items must be reported within 15 days of receipt to receive a replacement.

We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept the return of a defective item and send you a replacement within 10 business days of receiving the defective item. However, normal wear and tear occurring from regular use of our items does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Exchange

Baekgaard does not automatically process exchanges. An exchange can be accomplished by returning your order with authorization from a Baekgaard customer service representative and creating a new order for its replacement.

Gift Returns

If you wish to return a product that you received as a gift, the refund will go to the original form of payment, i.e. the credit card used to make the purchase. When returning a gift, please provide the order number or purchaser’s name, address, and telephone number to assist in processing the return.
